A selection of page-based book structures

These examples give details of the structures behind some of the archetypes. Each posited structure is behind the corresponding archetype in two senses. Firstly the structure had to be in the author's mind as part of the planning required to produce the archetype, i.e. the structure preceded the archetype in time. Secondly the structure is hidden behind the archetype because when the NT documents were composed, the writing convention was that titles, section breaks, sentence breaks and even word breaks were not indicated in the text.
